Job Description
Talenthub HR is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Executive / HR Recruiter to join our team in Guindy, Chennai. We’re looking for female candidates with experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in high-volume or BPO hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen and shortlist profiles from multiple sources (job portals, social media, etc.)
- Coordinate between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Place candidates effectively based on client requirements
- Execute hiring plans, including bulk and international BPO hiring (experience in this is a plus)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in HR, consultancy, or recruitment companies preferred
- Comfortable working towards candidate joining targets
- Strong communication and organizational skills
